last days

so, on my last day there...we had some bbq going...as much as we can at least. i gassed them charcoals so that it would light up, deng it, we needed fire, so we'll do what it takes even if it requires half that deng bottle of lighter fluid!

jasie and i, kay was the one taking the pics, so she's not on this pics, but know the she behind the scene* so we needed to eat after an intense game of pingpong, during which this kid in the green tank tackled me on the ground!

Alex helping Gian do laundry....well, out of all the laugheries, i think this kid is following the gpa footstep...
so, is this a face towel or a rag??! Gian is asking what criteria to evaluate and how to interpret this piece of cloth...the difference between wiping your face with soap suds or potz...

it was a nice day to hang with friends and enjoy each other's company. i miss them already. i didn't even get to formally say bye to Gian! can i just say, i admire the man, he is an awesome gpa and a wise man....i wish i could be like him...

recent happening...

this is a mixture of the past few months and some are from the last week....

so last week, a group of us rented a car and decided to drive to annecy and chamonix, france. we were over our mileage limit but it was well worth the traveling we did:) annecy is called the little venice of france. it was gorgeous! we had fondue and clams:) what a day!

did i tell you that we got really good at posing with all the five of us! here we are taking a break from driving to appreciate the gorgeous view on the way down to Switzerland from Chamonix and Annecy. what an awesome trip that was:)
